  • Job information, job overview
    1. Fully execute and complete the monthly sales targets and tasks set within the jurisdiction
    2. Fully manage the supply, payment collection, and development of new core sales points within the designated area
    3. According to the company's terminal standardization construction standards, guide the standard display of sales counter samples, and the placement of promotional and advertising materials
    4. Fully responsible sales consultants and distributors will receive training on various sales skills, product knowledge, and corporate culture to enhance their sales skills and maintain customer relationships at sales points
    5. Timely and properly handle any difficult and related issues of the sales consultant in the designated area at the terminal
    6. Actively communicate with distributors, plan and organize relevant promotions or sales activities according to the needs of sales points and peak sales seasons, in order to increase vivo's market share in the store and promote the brand


    Qualifications for the position
    A. College degree or above, male or female, 21-30 years old
    B. Outgoing personality, standard Mandarin, strong desire for success and pursuit of personal value realization
    C. Having over six months of sales work experience and some training or related job experience
    Veterans or those with over two years of sales experience may have their educational requirements relaxed

Administrative clerk
  • Responsible for collecting, transmitting, and managing front-end information and materials, attendance, employee entry and exit registration, and vehicle entry and exit registration of the company
    Administrative clerk's job responsibilities and duties:
    1. Responsible for formulating detailed rules for front-end information management, and strictly implementing them after approval
    2. Responsible for the internal distribution and transmission of company documents, notices, announcements, and other materials
    3. Responsible for registering, receiving, and guiding guests' visits
    4. Responsible for conveying internal work instructions and meeting spirit
    5. Responsible for arranging the company's conference room and preparing for relevant meetings
    6. Responsible for communication and coordination of internal personnel's upload and distribution work
    7. According to the arrangement of superiors, responsible for drafting relevant notices, notifications and other documents
    8. Responsible for the printing, copying, and fax sending and receiving of company related documents
    9. Responsible for collecting and properly storing relevant documents and information materials
    10. Responsible for booking tickets, hotels, and restaurants
    11. Responsible for employee entry and exit registration, employee attendance statistics, and vehicle entry and exit registration work
    12. Responsible for the collection, distribution, and registration of office supplies
    13. Responsible for the registration and management of borrowing books, materials, and drawings
    14. Responsible for telephone transfer work, ensuring fast and accurate transfer, enthusiastic service attitude, civilized language, and clear speech
    15. Strictly implement the handover system. If the successor does not arrive, the handover personnel should stick to their posts, ensure clear handover procedures, clear responsibilities, and seamless connection before and after
    16. Promptly handle and report issues related to front-end information management, and take improvement measures
    17. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
